Kinesis Solutions are pleased to announce a new service to our non-contract customers.

Customer feedback has told us that non-critical HPLC systems may not warrant a service provision; typically this included older detectors and pumps. If such a unit develops a fault the usual course of action would require an engineer call out and a high invoice to follow.

To avoid costly call out charges we are pleased to offer the opportunity for you to send the faulty unit back to Kinesis Solutions for inspection and fault identification using our low cost “Back to Bench” inspection service. Our skilled engineers will diagnose the fault and advice the corrective action needed whilst providing a competitive quote for repair.
